This course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Scrum framework and how to apply it effectively to software development projects. Participants will learn the principles of Agile, Scrum roles, events, artifacts, and how to play the role of a Scrum Master. They will also learn how to facilitate Scrum events, manage a Scrum project, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to take the Certified Scrum Master exam and earn their certification. |

- Understand the principles and values of Agile and Scrum methodologies and how they apply to software development.
- Use the Scrum framework effectively, employing the latest in best practices
- Describe the roles and responsibilities of the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Development Team in Scrum, and the importance of effective collaboration between these roles
- Identify and address common challenges that may arise during the Scrum process and propose solutions using Agile and Scrum practices and tools.
- Develop a personal action plan for continuous improvement as a Scrum Master, incorporating the use of Agile and Scrum practices and tools.
- Understand the benefits of continuous learning and improvement for both the team and the product, and apply these principles to software development projects
- Participate in hands-on practice using Jira, Rally, Confluence, Trello, Slack, and other similar tools to apply Agile and Scrum practices to a software development project
- Apply Agile and Scrum practices to plan, execute, and deliver a software development project using tools such as Jira, Rally, Trello, or other similar tools.
- Use Agile and Scrum metrics and tools to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and communicate project status effectively.
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, using tools such as Confluence, Slack, or other similar tools.
