Refund Policy


We at Zofisa LMS want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the courses and services we offer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as follows:

Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds will only be considered if the customer provides a valid reason for the refund request.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the customer must have accessed less than 10% of the course content.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our support team at support@zofisa.co.uk with their order number, the reason for the refund request, and proof of purchase. Our support team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Amount: If a refund is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus a 10% processing fee.

Non-Refundable Fees: The cost of any materials or services purchased from third-party providers is non-refundable.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the above criteria. This refund policy may be updated at any time, and customers will be notified of any changes.
